1 large Granny Smith apple (cut into 1/2-inch wedges)
1 large Gala, Jonathan, or Red Delicious apple, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. light tub margarine
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Immediately reduce the heat to medium. Put all the ingredients in the skillet and stir together.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until just tender, stirring gently and frequently.
