Ingredients

1 cauliflower pizza crust -
1 cup spinach -
1 avocado (sliced) -
3 eggs (sunny side up) -
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. -
Remove your cauliflower pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface. -
Heat pan and fry the eggs and place them on the pizza crust. -
Top with all the ingredients. -
Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 16 minutes. -
Remove from oven and serve.
