Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 2 fresh avocados (halved, pitted, peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons. fresh lime juice + zest of lime

Directions

  1. In the jar of a blender, combine the avocados flesh, lime juice and agave nectar.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes, until very smooth.
  3. Transfer to 4 individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. Before serving, decorate with the lime zest. Serve cold.

Tip: Note: Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
