HCM Frozen Avocado Banana Paleta

Ingredients

Servings  8   Serving Size   1 paleta

  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 2 medium bananas (peeled, sliced)
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado (peeled, pitted, cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Place orange juice, bananas, avocado and lime juice into blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Divide into 8, 5 oz. paper cups. Cover cups with aluminum foil. Insert one wooden craft stick through the center of each foil.
  3. Freeze for 4 hours until firm.
