Gluten-Free Avocado Chocolate Pancake

1 banana (mashed)
1 fresh avocado (halved, pitted, peeled, mashed)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Combine banana, avocado, eggs, cocoa powder and sugar until blended. Let stand 15 minutes to thicken.
Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Spoon mixture, 2 tablespoons at a time, onto skillet and cook 1 minute until browned. Turn and cook additional 1 minute or until cooked through.
