Nuts for Pine Nuts Pizza

There’s a lot to love about this pizza. Deep, rich roasted mushrooms and red bell pepper meet a base with pine nuts, then get a generous handful of spinach to set it all off. Mild, sweet, savory and pretty to boot!

  • 1 cauliflower pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (toasted)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup hummus

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your cauliflower pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread hummus evenly on the crust.
  4. Top with all the ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 16 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
