Agenda
Welcome and prayer. Discussion of stroke support group rules. Round table on greater challenges and life changes. Activity on movement, exercise, art and crafts. Demonstrations on nutrition. Caregiving, activities of daily living made simple. Exposure to community resources and services with presentations. Field trips as well.
Notes
Program includes health education and training, social activities, physical activity, guest speakers and nutritional experiences. Scheduled learning opportunities include essential preventive measures that decrease the incidence of stroke and provide opportunity of CPR and first aid training.
