Notes

Join our inclusive stroke support group at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Austin, where we provide a warm and welcoming space for stroke survivors to connect, share experiences, and find valuable support. Support groups are a lifeline for survivors and caregivers offering insights, emotional support, and practical advice to enhance the recovery journey. By highlighting stories of resilience and progress, these groups foster hope and motivation. They are essential in promoting physical and emotional well-being, reducing feelings of isolation, and empowering individuals to navigate the challenges of stroke recovery with confidence and determination. While our meetings are currently in person, we are excited to explore expansion into virtual formats, ensuring that no one faces their journey to recovery alone. Everyone is invited to be part of our compassionate community.
