Agenda

Each meeting that we have on a monthly basis starts out with everyone either introducing themselves or giving the group an update on highlights illustrating how life has been over the past month. We then get everyone gets an email on prior to the meeting each month. The topics range based on the interest of the group. Sometimes we have guest speakers and sometimes a member of the group gets up and leaves the discussion. Other times, the meetings are more activity-based along a specific predetermined area of interest that the group is exploring. We really encourage all members of this group to share their stories and their interests on what areas of life and post stroke recovery that they would like our group to explore.
