Breakout groups for both survivors and caregivers to process stroke recovery, hear about community resources, learn strategies for coping and receive support for their individual journeys. Offered in person and via Zoom.
Masks required to attend in-person.
Full COVID-19 Vaccination + one COVID19 Booster vaccination required to attend in-person.
