After a stroke many physical and emotional changes occur; survivors face a unique set of disabilities and losses, and each copes with them in his or her own way. Our support group helps survivors and families make meaningful connections to create a new sense of empowerment. Our mission is to provide emotional support, education and resources in an atmosphere of compassion and acceptance. To join the Stroke Club and receive our newsletter, please call (361) 761-5000.
