-
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt -
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into large chunks -
1/2 medium avocado, pitted and cut into large chunks -
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint -

Directions

In a food processor or blender, process all the sauce ingredients until smooth. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. -
In a medium bowl, using your hands or a spoon, mix together the kebab ingredients except the cooking spray. Divide the mixture into 12 parts. Shape each into an oblong patty. Pierce a 6-inch skewer through each patty. Transfer the skewers to a large plate or baking sheet. -
Lightly spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray. -
Cook the skewers over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink, turning on all sides to brown. Transfer to a serving platter. -
Spoon the sauce over the skewers or spoon it into a bowl for dipping.
