1 teaspoon fresh, grated gingerroot -
2 clove fresh, minced garlic OR -
1 teaspoon jarred, minced garlic -
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce -
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil -
1-2 tsp lemon juice (to add some zip, optional)
