Avocado Pineapple Smoothie

Three simple ingredients. One creamy smoothie for breakfast or a simple snack loaded with naturally good fats.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (peeled, pitted, diced)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, no sugar added
