1 large Gala, Jonathan, or Red Delicious apple, cut into 1/2-inch wedges -
2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar -

Directions

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Immediately reduce the heat to medium. Put all the ingredients in the skillet and stir together. -
