Salsa Cremosa de Queso Feta y Espinaca

Servings  6  

  • 10.5 onzas de espinaca congelada y picada
  • 1/2 taza de yogur sin grasa
  • 1/2 taza de crema agria sin grasa
  • 1/2 taza de queso feta sin grasa desmoronado
  • 1 cucharadita de ajo picado en frasco
  • 2 cucharaditas de perejil o eneldo seco (o 1/3 de taza de perejil cortado fresco)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 6 piezas de pan de pita integral rebanado en cuatro partes
