Ingredients

1 medium mango (peeled, chopped) -
2 cups nonfat, plain Greek yogurt -
1/2 cup low-fat, no-sugar-added granola -
1/2 cup diced pineapple -
1 medium banana (sliced) -
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds, or arils -
2 tablespoons unsweetened, flaked coconut
Directions

In each parfait glass, layer the ingredients as follows: 1/4 of the mango, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon granola, 2 tablespoons pineapple, 1/4 of the banana slices, and 1/4 cup yogurt. -
Top with the remaining granola. -
Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and coconut.
