16 ounces low-fat cottage cheese (lowest sodium available) -
10 ounces unsweetened, frozen, sliced peaches OR -
2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (3 to 4 medium peaches) -
10 ounces unsweetened, frozen, sliced strawberries OR -
1 1/4 cups sliced strawberries (hulled) -
1/2 cup fresh orange juice or juice from 1 medium orange -
1/2 cup fat-free milk -
1 medium banana -
2 tablespoons honey
