Ingredients

                        1/2 cup fat-free, plain Greek yogurt

                        1 teaspoon fresh, grated gingerroot

                        2 clove fresh, minced garlic OR

                                1 teaspoon jarred, minced garlic

                        1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

                        1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

                        1-2 tsp lemon juice (to add some zip, optional)
